Day After Memorial Day

I started my day with an audition for a DirectTV ad which went fairly well, and then I went to the set of Lisa Hammer's new project, POX. She asked me last week if I wanted to come in and do a cameo, and I did -- had a fantastic time, played a Roman Centurian. I can't wait to see the final movie, I'm not toally sure what it's about, but I know it has something to do with a gay Satan worshipper, time travel, and Messiahs.

Dealer Opens!

The Dealer Was Showing Six opened at the ZJU this weekend to nearly sold out houses! Not bad for a Memorial Day Holday Weekend. On Friday, there were three reviewers in the audience, so hopefully this will bode well for the show. One review is up and you can catch it here.

My favorite part: "Greg Kaczynski plays Dr. Garrick Quaratoli, but walks off with the scenes as the casino drunk who gets in everyone's business."

When I was first given the script, I said to my roommate that my goal was to steal the show, and it seems that at least reviewer thinks I did just that when I was onstage, on fire, and doing my thing. Huzzah!

Overall, I think the show is a success, and I am so excited for everyone to come out and check it out. It's only going to get better!!

Happenings At The Greg's

All right, a few little treats stirring up for everybody:

Tomorrow, May 24th, is the airing of my Days Of Our Lives episode. I'm a pilot!

This weekend, Friday, to be exact, is the opening night for the world premiere of William Norrett's new play, The Dealer Was Showing Six. Come out and check out the show! It's really funny, and I am so proud to be a part of this production -- PLUS, the tickets are only $10... you can't beat that for a weekend night in LA! (More info on the sidebar)

Next week, I'll be doing a one-day shoot on a Lisa Hammer project, POX, a couple line cameo which sounds very interesting. I'll let you all know more as I know more.

TheGregK.com has been updated! Stills from a few projects have been added to the pics area. I'm especially partial to the picks from The Pickpocket... I need to do more work as a cop. It totally works for me.

That's A Wrap

This evening, I also wrapped shooting on Steve Yager's Helmet. My two days on set were a thrilling time, surrounded by a very talented and fun cast and crew. This film is going to be double-hotness when it's done.

New Show On Deck

I had my first rehearsal for Bill Norrett's The Dealer Was Showing Six last night, and I gotta say, there's some really good stuff in there. You guys are all going to have to come out and see me in this show. Especially if your a fan of inebriated Run-DMC fans.
